SURPRISE TRACK & ARE ‘READY FOR ACTION’ FOR TOMORROWLAND 2017

LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 2, 2017Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, who in the last year alone have had two No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs Chart, have released the fan-voted surprise track “READY FOR ACTION” to get fans fired up for Tomorrowland 2017, which is just 50 days away! Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s Tomorrowland performances are legendary. Last year’s vinyl-only set included the debut of their Diplo collaboration “Hey Baby”, and was described as “daring, unexpected and certainly intriguing” by Your EDM.

The duo released Hans Zimmer vs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike ‘He’s A Pirate’” last Friday to rave reviews, which is the sole bonus track on the upcoming digital version of the soundtrack for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. The soundtrack is all score, except for their track, which Variety premiered a clip of on May 24.
The Belgium-born Thivaios brothers have expanded globally as a top-draw live act after conquering Europe over the last decade. As recording artists, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike made their way to the top of Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart in 2016 when “Higher Place” featuring Ne-Yo went No. 1. Later that year, they released “Hey Baby” vs. Diplo featuring Deb’s Daughter, which became their second No. 1.
The International Dance Music Awards crowned them as “Best European DJs” in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and they have been ranked No. 1 on the prestigious DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs Poll. Multiple tracks of theirs have received more than 30 million streams on Spotify. They continue to expand their audience in the States with sold-out performances in New York, Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta and Los Angeles. In Belgium, their 2015 “Bringing The Madness 3.0” shows sold out in under 40 minutes, a feat managed previously only by international superstars such as U2, Madonna, Beyoncé and Michael Jackson.
Coldplay & TheChainsmokers tapped the brothers to remix their “Something Just Like This” as well as Lady Gaga for her “Marry The Night”, and the duo has worked on records by Jennifer LopezPitbullSnoop DoggSean Paul and many others.
