LOS ANGELES, Calif.—February 12, 2016—Rachel Taylor, frontwoman of alternative pop/rock group, She Is We, today released the music video for the band’s new single “Boomerang,” on Vevo. The song premiered on Alternative Press and will be featured on the band’s debut album, WAR, out March 18.

She Is We’s music is arena-ready rock with radio-ready lyrics and a ton of fight. Taylor lives her life, she says, in fight or flight mode—awake and ready. “I battle every day, more pissed off than I am sad.” The savagery in her vocals stems from real life violence and abandonment, but she’s not taking it lying down, as you can hear in “Boomerang”: You held my head down/Didn’t let me breathe/But look who’s drowning now/You hear that loud sound/Screaming out and free/My voice was finally found. 

Taylor is the former “savage frontwoman” (New York Times) of He is We, where in a New York Times review, Jon Caramanica noted her “pretty, powerful voice.”

– ‘Boomerang will appear on the band’s debut album WAR, out March 18.

– She Is We was the main support on Jack’s Mannequin’s ’10 Years in Transit’ Reunion Tour last month.

– “Boomerang” goes to radio on February 15, and there are already 10 major market stations playing the song.

LOS ANGELES, Calif., January 7, 2016 – Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, who were named #1 on DJ Magazine’s globally renowned poll of the Top 100 DJs for 2015, kick off the New Year at the #1 spot on Billboard Magazine’s Dance Chart with their international smash “Higher Place” feat. “Higher Place” has become an undeniable sensation around the globe. Uniting Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s distinctly progressive modern house production with a fusion of Like Mike’s vocals and Ne-Yo’s instantly recognizable voice, the track’s music video has racked up over 10 million YouTube/VEVO views and counting to date. Worldwide, its cumulative Spotify streams already exceed 15 million-plus. It holds the distinction of being the “Most Shazammed Track” at both Tomorrowland and Creamfields this year. “Higher Place” is the first release from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s newly minted relationship with Motown Records, who plan to take the track to pop and rhythm radio later this month.

They earned the title of “Main Stage Residents” at the global Tomorrowland festival in Belgium, USA (TomorrowWorld), and Brazil. They’ve hosted residencies at both Hakkasan in Las Vegas and Amnesia in Ibiza.
