As reported by Spin, global superstar DJ/producer Avicii debuted his new single, “Heaven” featuring Chris Martin of Coldplay, this past Sunday at Australia’s Future Music Festival. The song will appear on Avicii’s upcoming sophomore studio album, Stories, on PRMD/Island Records. Spin describes the song by saying “it sounds exactly how you’d expect a collaboration between these two to sound.”

Severe weather on the East coast is proving to be a logistical nightmare for superstar Juan Gabriel’s acclaimed VOLVER tour, prompting the postponement of two performances this weekend. The snow and sleet and road conditions are preventing the safe arrival of the 6 giant trucks and 60 show and production personnel to venues in Washington DC and Uncasville, CT, necessitating the rescheduling of those shows to Thursday March 5 and Saturday October 31, respectively. Scott Weiland And The Wildabouts 1st Album Blaster Set For March 31 Release
As reported earlier today in Rolling Stone, Scott Weiland, “one of rock’s most dynamic front men” (Spin Mag), and his band the Wildabouts, will release their first album ever on March 31. Titled BLASTER, the album was produced by Rick Parker [Black Rebel Motorcycle Club] and recorded throughout 2014 at Lavish Studios in Burbank and at The Sandbox in Beachwood Canyon. BLASTER features twelve tracks, all but one were written by Weiland.
