SESAC singer-songwriter and actor Jencarlos Canela will perform at the 2017 SESAC Latina Music Awards, Wednesday, June 7, at the historic Beverly Hills Hotel joining the previously announced La Séptima Banda, when SESAC Latina, the nation’s only music rights organization, celebrates a year of successes for its songwriters and publishers. For the first time in its history, SESAC Latina will present a new category: SESAC Latina Crossover Song of the Year.

Internationally successful artist Jencarlos, holder of several Gold, Platinum and Diamond albums, has reached the highest positions in Billboard with his singles. Jencarlos is the winner of numerous awards including Premio Lo Nuestro, Premio Juventud, and Premio Tu Mundo and he has also starred in several productions and musicals in Spanish and English, including the most recent FOX special “The Passion” and an NBC series starring alongside Eva Longoria.
